NFIB is cautioning business operators about new laws assigning responsibility and liability for the health and safety of workers.  NFIB is seeking to alert all business operators, and particularly operators of franchise businesses, to new laws applying to BAS preparation.  Franchises may be at risk of fines if they do not modify the way BAS returns are prepared for franchisees.
